Realty Income seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to drive global financial planning and strategic analysis. The role maintains the corporate earnings model, supports forecasting, budgeting, and provides insights to senior management and Investor Relations.

Strong modeling and collaboration with domestic and international teams are essential. The position is based in San Diego with in‑office Mon–Thu and remote on Fridays; base pay range is disclosed with annual bonus

Qualifications

• Superior financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with US GAAP, SEC, and SOX.
• BS in Finance or related analytical field and 5-7+ years in industry, investment banking, or public accounting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the corporate earnings guidance model with departments to produce forecasts.
• Drive quarterly reforecast and earnings reporting for annual guidance outlook.
• Coordinate monthly variances and provide insights to leaders.
• Maintain forecasting templates and integrate into earnings model.
• Lead annual budgeting process across functions and ensure accuracy.
