CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking an Associate Director to lead Finance workstreams on post-close integrations for private equity clients, working with CFOs, portfolio executives, and sponsor leadership.

You will drive IMO governance, executive communications, and value capture initiatives while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development efforts. Travel is hybrid across client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, M&A integration, Finance transformation, CFO advisory, or in-house Finance leadership at a PE-backed company.

Responsabilités

• Own the Finance workstream on post-close integrations and lead across Financial Reporting, Controllership, FP&A, and Treasury.
• Lead IMO governance, reporting, and program management for complex integration engagements.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and post-close execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own executive communications with CFOs and sponsor leadership on integration progress.
