As a member of the Business Transformation practice, you will lead delivery, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development. You’ll work across operating models, FP&A, and EPM platforms to drive meaningful change for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• CPA, CFA, AFP or FP&A certifications preferred.
• Experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory or management consulting) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and close/consolidation operating model design and activation.
• Own end-to-end process design for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Lead client workshops, develop strategic blueprints, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on FP&A surge support and identify performance improvements.
• Model, optimize, and automate processes to improve cycle time and accuracy.
