Job summary

Uniquity Bio is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A to own the corporate financial model, long-range plan, and analytics informing capital allocation across programs. This role is the principal financial partner to R&D and Clinical Operations, and a primary author of materials for the board and investors.

You will lead planning, forecasting, cost modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Direct biotech or pharmaceutical experience, including clinical cost modeling.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with audit-grade reliability.
• Proven ability to partner with scientific and clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan and multi-year long-range plan.
• Maintain the integrated corporate model including OPEX, headcount, capital, cash flow, and runway.
• Produce monthly budget-to-actual reporting with variance analysis and forward-looking commentary.
• Build and maintain program-level cost models across clinical assets and trials.
• Prepare board and investor reporting packages and support diligence processes.
