Job summary

Foundation Software is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A to lead monthly close, forecasting, and strategic analyses for executive leadership and the Board. You will own KPI reporting, variance analyses, and long-range planning in a PE-backed growth environment.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and G&A to deliver actionable insights, strengthen financial models, and drive scale across the organization. Strong SaaS experience is required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics or related field (MBA and/or CPA is a plus).
• 8-10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in Software/SaaS strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing materials for Boards of Directors and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting packages for the Board and executive leadership.
• Deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting, and forward-looking insights for rapid decision-making.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning to drive growth, margin, and cash flow.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and G&A leaders on financial insights.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives and M&A activity.
• Enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for scale.
• Drive FP&A process improvements across teams.
• Mentor junior FP&A staff and contribute to team effectiveness.
