Haemonetics seeks a Senior Manager, Global Operations Finance to lead core planning and analysis for COO-led units. The role partners with IT, FP&A and accounting to deliver monthly close, forecasts, and the annual plan, while driving automation and real-time analytics in a fast-paced global environment.

You will start as an individual contributor with potential to grow a small finance analytics team and will coordinate audits, reporting and strategic initiatives across manufacturing and supply

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Finance/Accounting, Economics or Math required; Master's Degree - preferred, CPA Preferred
• 8 Years: experience in financial analysis & planning with multi-national companies - Required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel. Power Point, Salesforce.com, Hyperion, Demantra and Oracle a plus.
• Travel Expectations: 10%

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting consolidation, analytics and communication processes for the COO Finance organization including the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly variance analysis and latest thinking development, and the annual multi-year Strategic Plan.
• Lead development and delivery of the Quarterly Financial Review package to the Executive Leadership Team; design standardized content and ad hoc requirements as needed.
• Develop and manage the finance transformation priority list; deliver automated reporting, real-time dashboards and analytics capabilities.
• Lead monthly manufacturing and supply chain financial performance reviews and track follow-up actions for future forecasts.
• Coordinate and/or support acquisition integration or divestiture execution as needed.
• Own month-end processes and accounting/audit requirements; drive standardization and process improvement.
• Partner with COO Finance, Corporate Accounting and external auditors to execute audit requirements and improvements.
