Job summary

Ares Management Corporation seeks an accomplished FP&A professional to lead financial planning, forecasting and portfolio analytics for AIS. You will build robust models, oversee data quality, and deliver insight-driven reporting to senior management and regulators.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, treasury, and accounting teams. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in FP&A or investment analysis within insurance or asset management, with strong Excel and Power BI

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A, investment analysis, and/or financial reporting in insurance or asset management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to summarize complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis and performance tracking.
• Lead data quality efforts and reconcile asset portfolio data for accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual analytics on portfolio trends, returns and allocations.
• Analyze market trends to identify impacts and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting of deployment, income, liquidity and capital planning.
• Monitor investment risk metrics and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment across jurisdictions.
