Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to join Inventory Finance in Seattle. The role consolidates and reports operational results, develops forecasts, and supports annual budgets while delivering insights to the business.

You will work in a hybrid Seattle environment, spending four days per week in the downtown office and collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize Inventory savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in financial planning, forecasting or analysis.
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Proven ability to analyze, model and report financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead processes for consolidating month-end Inventory results and reporting accuracy.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for Inventory Finance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze Inventory performance.
• Create and streamline monthly/weekly reports to provide insights.
• Act as Inventory finance contact and communicate with non-financial leaders.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and drive process improvements.
