Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, planning or related analytical roles.

• Retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or demand planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin improvement via development and optimization of Store Operating Plans (SOPs).
• Own the 18-month supply forecast and planning process for ops and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth.
• Develop executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
