Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive critical financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within the Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate targets, and track performance metrics while adapting to evolving initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience building complex financial models and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner with multiple departments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to navigate matrix environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite and Google Workspace.
• Based in or able to work during core PST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting to understand drivers and variances; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate deviations from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics for senior management decision-making.
• Present analyses to executives and act as a business partner across departments.
• Create materials and metrics for leadership reviews and discussions.
• Develop presentations that communicate analysis and drive decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate modeling and processes.
