Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track core performance metrics in a fast-growing environment.

This role supports the FP&A team in end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, dashboards, and management reporting across product lines and markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, business, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as a business partner.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills for forecasting needs.
• Ability to navigate matrix environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to collaborate during core PST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Craft, build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand key drivers and variances; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; investigate period-over-period fluctuation and variance from forecasts.
• Support design and development of financial models and metrics to measure performance.
• Assess deviations from key metric targets and provide insights to leaders.
• Develop new materials and metrics for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Develop presentations that effectively communicate analyses for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
