Job summary

Alfasigma USA, Inc. in Morristown, NJ, seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Systems, Planning & Analysis, to join the USA Pharmaceuticals team in a hybrid role with at least three days onsite.

You will lead FP&A systems, drive automation, and consolidate monthly/quarterly reporting. This hands-on role partners with G&A leaders to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Hybrid work arrangement with at least 3 days onsite in Morristown, NJ.
• Experience with accounting and financial planning/budgeting systems; proficient with Excel and large data sets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance partners.
• Learning agility and scalability to take on increasing responsibility as Alfasigma grows.

Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for financial systems: expand capabilities, streamline processes and automate reporting.
• Perform periodic financial systems data uploads and validation.
• Ensure adequate systems configuration in response to business needs.
• Lead consolidation of monthly/quarterly reporting materials in line with corporate requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting for alignment across the organization.
• Support forecasting cycles (Budgets, Long-Range Plans, Latest Best Estimates).
• Assist in implementing new systems if needed.
• Act as primary business partner to heads of US G&A organization.
• Support annual G&A budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Lead the G&A expenses monthly close and variance analysis.
