Job summary

EduServe is seeking a Sr Financial Reporting Analyst to support its Finance department with multi-company budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. The role reports to the Director/Manager of FP&A and supports the CFO in strategic financial initiatives.

The position requires advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite, and a strong ability to analyze complex financial data.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, or accounting is required.
• MBA or master’s in accounting strongly preferred.
• Five or more years of professional related experience in budgeting or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain Adaptive Planning reporting deliverables.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Maintain system chart of accounts with updates.
• Develop and maintain budget monitoring models and reports.
• Lead special projects and data compilation tasks.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts.
