Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Manager to drive FP&A and close transformations across multi-entity environments. You will design operating models, lead workshops, and deliver end-to-end processes from budgeting to reporting.

The role combines strategy, hands-on delivery, and people leadership within our Business Transformation practice. You will work with clients to implement leading EPM platforms, optimize finance workflows, and advance AI-enabled forecasting and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial close and consolidation experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end FP&A and/or close and consolidation transformations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one leading EPM platform (OneStream strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
• MBA or master's degree a plus; willingness to travel up to 45%.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and close operating models design, governance, and metrics.
• Own end-to-end process design for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting and consolidation.
• Lead client workshops to align stakeholders and build transformation roadmaps.
• Provide strategic FP&A surge and interim support, translating observations into recommendations.
• Model and optimize processes to reduce cycle time and automate manual effort.
• Guide EPM platform evaluation and selection; lead implementation across lifecycle.
• Own change management, communications, training, and adoption to drive platform usage.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to connect EPM to the broader finance data ecosystem.
• Bring a credible point of view on AI and automation for forecasting and close.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and with EPM partners.
• Collaborate across CrossCountry Consulting solution areas to bring full firm to client.
• Contribute to recruiting, proposals, and AI innovation initiatives.
