Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to lead FP&A and EPM engagements for clients across industries. You will deliver complex planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses while guiding junior staff and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of consulting-focused FP&A experience, strong modeling skills, and expertise with Anaplan or Oracle EPM Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A.
• Experience in Life Sciences or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast capabilities.
• Solid financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients.
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and manage performance objectives.
• Ensure deliverables meet client service, quality, and risk standards.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in planning and analytics.
• Provide guidance across multiple activities and teams.
