EY is seeking a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to lead FP&A and EPM projects for diverse clients. You will guide clients through planning, budgeting, and forecasting transformations while coordinating junior staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences.
• Experience with FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to translate business challenges into better planning.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, or Tagetik.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients, applying appropriate methodologies.
• Coordinate with junior colleagues; meet performance objectives and support client engagements.
• Lead the delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives and ensure deliverables meet standards.
