Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to lead complex FP&A and EPM engagements for clients across industries. You will apply financial modeling and planning expertise, guide teams, and drive performance improvements.

You’ll collaborate with advisory professionals to redesign planning processes, forecast accurately, and deliver actionable insights while traveling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A, with expertise in: strategic planning, long-range planning, and AOP
• Budgets, forecasting, rolling forecasts
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Management reporting and business performance analysis
• Capital planning and investment analysis
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions
• Proven ability translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making
• Experience with EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Tagetik) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and manage performance objectives
• Ensure quality and risk management while improving processes
• Guide teams and supervise delivery of technical initiatives
• Deliver activities and use judgment to inform recommendations
• Coordinate work of team members and ensure client satisfaction
