Job summary

EY is seeking a senior FP&A/EPM advisor to lead complex financial planning and analytics projects across US offices. You will guide clients through FP&A redesigns, budgeting, forecasting, and technology-enabled planning solutions, while mentoring teams and ensuring risk management.

The role offers opportunities for career growth in a high-growth advisory practice, with travel to client sites as needed and exposure to multi-industry projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions
• Proven ability translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, or Tagetik

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects with quality and risk management
• Lead workstreams and client engagements, developing innovative solutions
• Drive process improvements and best practices in FP&A transformations
• Ensure effective communication with executives and stakeholders
