Job summary

EY is seeking an Advisory Senior in FP&A and Enterprise Performance Management. You will guide clients through redesigning FP&A processes and implementing planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions while leading workstreams and client engagements.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in FP&A with strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to translate finance concepts for executives. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A with expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting
• Experience in strategic planning, AOP, budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles; consulting/advisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and client engagements on FP&A and EPM projects
• Develop innovative FP&A solutions and ensure quality and risk management
• Drive process improvements and best practices in financial planning
• Manage teams and provide feedback to junior staff
• Ensure delivery of complex financial processes and solutions within budget and schedule
