Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff 2 in Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) for Chicago. You’ll lead FP&A and EPM projects, guiding junior colleagues, and delivering complex solutions to improve client planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients with sound judgment.
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and manage performance objectives.
• Lead teams to deliver technically challenging initiatives.
• Apply analytical thinking to inform recommendations and insights.
• Ensure deliverables meet client service, quality, and risk standards.
• Support client engagements and drive project success.
