Job summary

EY seeks a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics to lead complex FP&A and EPM engagements. You will guide client teams, apply advanced modeling, and translate insights into strategic recommendations to improve planning and performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in finance roles, exposure to EPM platforms, and strong communication with executives. This role offers nationwide remote work with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, Life Sciences.
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis; management reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, or Tagetik.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex FP&A and EPM projects for clients.
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and ensure quality and risk management.
• Guide teams and supervise technical initiatives.
• Deliver agreed activities and apply judgment to recommendations.
• Coordinate work across multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Ensure client service standards and robust performance analysis.
