Job summary

Czarnowski Collective seeks a Director of FP&A for the Public School studio to own the forecast, annual plan, and long-range outlook. This finance leader partners with studio leadership on pricing, staffing, and profitability while supporting pitch decisions and client-facing financials.

You will drive multi-year scenarios, manage headcount planning, and deliver integrated reporting. A rare blend of strategic finance and hands-on execution is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years FP&A, corporate or commercial finance experience, including 3+ years at a manager/director level.
• Ownership of divisional P&L with full budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles.
• Experience with project-based or job-cost accounting and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Own the division P&L forecast and the annual operating plan.
• Build the revenue bridge from booked to at-risk revenue and pipeline.
• Lead long-range planning and scenario analyses for the studio.
• Manage labor, contractor spend, overhead allocations, and capital requests.
• Provide analytics to pricing and rate-card strategy and surface profitability insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to studio leadership and cross-studio partners.
• Oversee reporting, KPIs, and process improvements across ERP and planning tools.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team and raise financial literacy across the studio.
