Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A (Operations) in San Antonio, TX, with a relocation package and sign-on bonus. The role leads financial planning, forecasting, and operational analytics for a growing multi-site organization.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will influence revenue strategies, partner with executives, mentor a high-performing FP&A team, and drive performance across a nationwide footprint with strong financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Minimum of 5 years directly managing FP&A teams.
• Experience managing annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations environments (restaurant/retail/hospitality).
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders, executive teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and planning across corporate and franchise operations.
• Own revenue forecasting across multiple channels (in-store, drive-through, curbside, delivery).
• Partner with executives and brand leaders to set and refine financial targets.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team, build analytical capabilities across the organization.
• Oversee sales planning and align bonus programs with business objectives.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses for strategic planning.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend profitability improvements.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to optimize results.
• Support market expansion and new location planning with leadership.
