Job summary

Guardian Alarm seeks aDirector of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning. You will develop financial models, monitor performance, and partner with executives to guide investments and strategy.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive executive reporting, KPI development, and strategic decision support while growing the FP&A team and improving processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of FP&A or related experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guardian’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and scenario planning.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts; provide actionable insights.
• Partner with leaders to align resources, investments, and operating assumptions.
• Lead FP&A team; deliver monthly management reporting and executive-friendly commentary.
