Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Cost Accounting and FP&A leader to manage monthly closes, budgeting, and analytics for the Americas region. You will coordinate consolidation, analyze COGS, headcount, inventory, and operating statements, and support management with root-cause insights.

The role requires a BS in accounting/finance, 5–8 years in cost accounting and FP&A, manufacturing/multinational experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Five to eight years of previous cost accounting, financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or multinational corporation. Audit experience a plus.
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and ERP/financial accounting systems (SAP work experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Administer cost accounting, FP&A for Delta Electronics and Americas.
• Participate in the monthly closing rolling process.
• Analyze month-end results and rolling forecast, including revenue, COGS, expenses, headcount, inventory, AR.
• Coordinate the consolidation, review, and explanation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements; monitor KPIs.
• Lead annual budgeting, strategy planning, and monthly rolling forecast processes.
• Implement standard cost updates and monitor variances (material, DL, OH).
• Assist in internal/external audit processes and documentation requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure GAAP compliance and policy adherence.
