Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
• Five to eight years of cost accounting and financial planning & analysis experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or multinational corporation; audit experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer cost accounting, FP&A for Delta Electronics and Americas region.
• Participate in monthly closing rolling process.
• Analyze month-end results and rolling forecast (revenue, COGS, expenses, headcount, inventory, AR).
• Investigate abnormal items, provide root-cause analyses and management recommendations.
• Coordinate consolidation, review, and explanation of monthly/quarterly/annual statements; monitor KPI trends.
• Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly rolling forecast.
• Implement standard cost updates and monitor variances (materials, DL, OH).
• Prepare COGS and production reports; assist with monthly financial reporting to function management.
• Maintain policies for cost accounting and inventory transactions; propose improvements.
• Participate in productivity/process re-engineering projects; support audits as needed.
• Collaborate across accounting/finance and other departments to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support due diligence, integration planning for acquisitions; assist M&A decision support.
