Job summary

FTI Consulting in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Consultant to support CFO advisory engagements and drive financial transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will develop knowledge management, build models in Excel, and lead client engagements with minimal oversight.

You will work with internal teams to deliver high-quality client work, anticipate client needs, and help grow the practice through marketing materials and case studies. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial consulting or advisory
• Ability to travel to client sites and FTI office(s) as needed
• Experience translating complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations
• Experience with financial modeling and MS Excel
• Knowledge of FP&A, accounting or finance transformation is desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge management, including tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans, checklists and processes.
• Perform high quality client work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory service assignments.
• Assist with internal practice development and marketing, including materials, surveys, events and case studies.
• Help lead engagement work streams and projects with limited oversight.
• Train, teach, and coach junior team members.
