Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in financial consulting or advisory; or corporate rotational program.
• Experience in FP&A, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Finance Technology, or Cash, Cost & Capital.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial/operational concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge management tools, reports, models, and processes.
• Perform high quality client work and build relationships for CFO advisory assignments.
• Support internal practice development and marketing materials and events.
• Lead engagement work streams with limited supervision.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
