Senior FP&A Business Partner

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Business Partner is responsible for leading and supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Provinces Operating Area. This includes preparing management reports, forecasts, and supporting ad hoc projects, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support operational initiatives and provide insights on results and KPIs.
2. Identify opportunities and risks affecting performance.
3. Assist management with presentations and ad hoc requests.
4. Review backlog, confirm drivers for annual planning, and perform driver-based budgeting.
5. Set KPI targets, prepare management reports on plans and budgets.
6. Analyze actual performance, variances, and forecast inputs.
7. Conduct local reporting and analysis as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Relevant certification such as CIMA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial operations within a construction/engineering organization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
