Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Senior FP&A Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge Finance, Operations, and IT by delivering data, reporting, and analytics that drive decisions across the organization.

You will build enterprise datasets, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data quality and governance while enabling self-service analytics for business users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data management.
• Advanced SQL skills, including data transformation, troubleshooting, optimization, and analytical model development.
• Experience developing analytical, forecasting, or decision-support models using SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including semantic models, DAX, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, validation, and reporting best practices.
• Ability to independently investigate problems, validate findings, and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency while exercising sound business judgment and validating results.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Experience with Python, Microsoft Copilot, Power Query, and workflow automation tools preferred.
• Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, data integration, and enterprise reporting environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
