Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA) is seeking a senior FP&A leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy in support of housing initiatives across Los Angeles County.

The role requires extensive public-sector financial expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions for senior executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in government budgeting and FP&A.
• Experience creating budgets, multi-year forecasts, and management reporting.
• Public-sector finance knowledge and ability to present to executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and management of annual operating and program budgets.
• Develop multi-year financial plans and forecasts.
• Establish budgeting methodologies and reporting standards.
• Lead rolling forecasts and budget updates.
• Develop sophisticated financial models.
• Perform scenario and variance analyses.
• Partner with department leaders on budgets.
