Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality analysis in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support strategic business objectives and operational performance.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and performance analyses for leadership review and decision making.
• Analyze business results, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Partner with operational leaders and department heads to develop budgets, evaluate initiatives, and support business planning efforts.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and financial modeling initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
