Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a top financial-services client. You will strengthen FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and BI capabilities, partnering with leaders to build scalable models and dashboards.

The ideal candidate blends traditional FP&A expertise with hands-on analytics, able to present insights to executives and help modernize financial processes across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, BI, or related finance functions.
• 3+ years in banking, credit unions, or financial-services environment.
• Strong FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, variance & profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience extracting and analyzing large data sets from multiple systems.
• Hands-on BI/data-visualization with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Ability to develop dashboards and executive-level financial packages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with Prologue, Strata, Axiom, and Symitar.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Partner with department leaders to develop assumptions and targets.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and dashboards.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Perform variance, profitability, and trend analyses.
• Develop BI solutions to improve visibility into KPIs.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and financial packages.
• Support business cases, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses.
• Automate finance processes and transform reporting in the first year.
• Collaborate across finance and operations to improve decisions.
