Job summary

Top Stack seeks an experienced Senior FP&A Systems Analyst to enhance forecasting, reporting accuracy, and efficiency. You will build financial planning models, automate reporting, and integrate data from multiple sources to support budgeting, cash flow planning, and long‑range projections.

You will work with FP&A teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, improve data quality and governance, and support workforce planning with ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field.
• Experience with FP&A, financial data analytics, or related function.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with financial planning or performance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial planning models, templates, and automated reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and long-range projections.
• Manage and improve financial data structures within planning and reporting systems.
• Integrate financial and operational data from multiple sources.
