Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and develop junior staff with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Oversee financial reporting for senior leadership with insights on performance and risks.
• Lead quarterly earnings cycle activities including variance reviews and investor relations collaboration.
• Create and maintain financial models linking performance metrics and AUM.
• Collaborate with CFO and executives to evaluate firm-wide results and strategic priorities.
• Strengthen reporting transparency across business units and improve data integrity.
