Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate with strong FP&A fluency and Anaplan expertise. You will design, build, and optimize connected planning solutions to support forecasting and reporting, while ensuring high-quality information for decision-making across the US firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with supervisory/forecasting/budgeting experience.
• Experience in end-to-end planning/EPM implementation or major model redesign.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Design and deploy scalable planning, forecasting models.
• Build complex models for finance analytics and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Test, QA, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Provide user training and documentation for model governance.
