The role emphasizes building analytical models, driving cost optimization, and partnering with plant teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. On-site work is required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Major preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant finance experience, including cost accounting and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Organizational and prioritization skills; self-starter in fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a team environment.
• Flexibility to coordinate special projects and take initiative.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant management financial support by analyzing drivers of variances, profitability and data accuracy.
• Coach plant teams and business partners to develop financial acumen for daily decisions and long-term planning.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools using data to identify opportunities across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Create and distribute reports and scorecards to management with key insights for strategic planning.
• Handle monthly Finance close activities and journal entries for the supporting sites.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Support executives on acquisitions, dispositions, and start-up plans.
• Increase productivity by developing automated models and eliminating duplications.
• Drive productivity by collaborating with cross-functional teams on product base optimization.
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects.
