Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business Major preferred.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with internal deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Flexibility to coordinate special projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong PowerBI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to prepare effective customer quotes and improve profitability.
• Provide analysis, reports and support recommendations to management and sales teams.
• Pioneer transformation of standard reporting from Excel to PowerBI and design dashboards for cross-functional partners.
• Maintain a can-do attitude in managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist with managing customer pricing in our ERP system.
