Job summary

Shearer’s Foods, Inc. in Massillon, OH, seeks a Senior Director, Commercial & Procurement Finance to drive profitable growth across a 16-plant North American network. You will partner with Commercial and Procurement leadership to align revenue growth with cost discipline and margin expansion.

You will lead pricing, cost management, and analytics, delivering data-driven insights, financial modeling, and strategic guidance to executive leadership while developing a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in commercial finance and procurement finance.
• CPG or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the finance partner to Commercial and Procurement leadership teams.
• Provide financial leadership on growth initiatives, sourcing strategies, and margin optimization.
• Strategic input on pricing strategies and structure.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis and presentations.
• Oversee pricing models and governance of pricing practices.
• Analyze input cost trends and supplier economics to identify margin risks.
