Job summary

Canopy Works is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst/Manager to partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional executives. You will own core financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis that informs decisions from headcount planning to board materials and long-range strategy.

This role sits close to the business to translate inputs into insights, helping leaders understand tradeoffs as Canopy scales.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of FP&A or similar analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills (3-statement models, scenario, sensitivity).
• Experience supporting executive leadership and/or board-level reporting.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; comfort building models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the company’s operating model (revenue, costs, headcount, cash runway).
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting with Finance, People Ops, Sales, CX, and Product.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning (2–3 year outlooks).
• Build unit economics and customer profitability models in healthcare SaaS environments.
