Job summary

Catchmaster / AP&G Co., Inc. seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with the Business Controller, building models, reports, and analyses that turn financial and operational data into insight for senior management and cross‑functional teams.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, SG&A, COGS projections, and KPI dashboards, ensuring accurate, timely financial details to drive faster, better-informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus and preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis and building financial models.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, monthly forecast, and multi-year planning cycles with structured models.
• Bridge demand and financial plans across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop SG&A expense projections and reallocations.
• Refine COGS and standard-cost projection methodologies.
• Consolidate margins and performance across product lines and channels.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and leadership presentations.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from plan.
• Forecast inventory and working capital to support growth.
• Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Identify process improvements in financial reporting and planning.
• Develop capital budgeting models and ROI analyses.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling to support decisions.
