Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in the Specialty Surgical division to own budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and business reporting. You will coordinate with sales on incentive compensation, perform variance analysis, automate reports, and prepare reviewing packages for senior management.

Strong cross-functional collaboration with accounting and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
• Experience with multidimensional databases (e.g., Hyperion, BPC, OneStream).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales teams on incentive compensation planning.
• Perform variance analysis and support long-term strategic planning.
• Automate reports and prepare financial review packages for senior management.
• Build cross-functional relationships with accounting and other teams.
