Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team in a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

The position focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support across functions, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and room for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics required.
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other leaders.
• Analyze performance, investments, pricing, and growth opportunities.
