Pennymac Corp. in California seeks a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to provide centralized financial services across divisions, including corporate reporting.

You will deliver advanced forecasting and analytics using the ERP platform and oversee monthly statements and close process support. Ideal candidates bring a Finance/Accounting background with 3+ years of experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and knowledge of Oracle ERM, SQL, and VBA a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate accounting, finance, mortgage or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERM, SQL and VBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized financial services and reporting for all Pennymac divisions, including corporate and entity level reporting.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly financial results for PMT and PFSI.
• Support the quarterly financial reporting cycle with data analysis.
• Create automated reporting using the corporate ERM platform.
• Analyze monthly financial statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, cash flow reporting).
• Assist in close process analytics for monthly accounting results.
• Perform other related duties as required and aligned with company values.
