Job summary

Purple Wave Auction, headquartered in Manhattan, KS, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the complete planning cycle—from budget development to cash flow management. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.

You will drive annual budgets, sales forecasting, and scenario modeling, leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis and improve efficiency, with strong emphasis on accuracy and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related role.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or similar enterprise accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, including revenue, operating expense, and capital forecasts.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and analysis to support liquidity planning and working capital management.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to gather data and deliver financial insights.
