Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 4+ years.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting and forecasting activities, including operating performance reviews, supporting schedules, and executive-ready variance commentary.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate impacts to the Company’s financial structure, profitability, and competitive position using relevant analytical methods and forecasting models.
• Support the budget and forecast process as a primary liaison to assigned business units, ensuring alignment of assumptions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations for senior and executive leadership, translating detailed analyses into key messages, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Create and submit journal entries and accruals in accordance with internal controls and reporting requirements; support month end close-related activities and reconciliations as needed.
• Provide financial analysis for projects and initiatives (e.g., business cases, scenario analysis, net present value, customer bill impacts, and other decision support).
