Power Generation Division Business Analyst in Renewable Central Maintenance drives FP&A, forecasting, cost analysis, and dashboard development to enable transparent financial reporting. You’ll partner with operations and finance to validate assumptions and implement cost-saving actions, delivering actionable insights and standardizing processes.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in finance or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Performs cost accounting, variance analysis, standard cost development, and inventory control.
• Provides financial leadership to Operations leadership in decision-making and strategy development.
• Supports new lines of business and identifies opportunities to reduce overhead cost per job.
• Provides reporting and analysis for all operations activity including productivity, capital and overhead spending, forecasting, budgeting, absorption, sales, and inventory and operations planning.
• Prepares and distributes financial reports and explains financial results to non-financial audiences.
