Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting and forecasting activities, including operating performance reviews, supporting schedules, and executive-ready variance commentary.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate impacts to the Company’s financial structure, profitability, and competitive position using analytical methods and forecasting models.
• Support the budget and forecast process as a liaison to assigned business units, ensuring alignment of assumptions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations for senior leadership, translating analyses into key messages, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Create and submit journal entries and accruals; support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis for projects (e.g., business cases, NPV, customer bill impacts, decision support).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support master data updates, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and improved analytical tools.
• Mentor lower-level employees and contribute to team capability building.

Education
