Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
• Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis including budgeting and long-term planning.
• Ability to analyze income statement variances and support re-forecasts.
• Experience developing and distributing ad hoc reports and models.

Responsibilities

• Support core FP&A processes and deliver analytics to guide decision-making.
• Assist with annual financial planning and quarterly reforecasts.
• Report key data points to operational department heads for deeper insight.
• Develop and implement provider performance reporting for monthly results.
• Generate ad hoc analytics and reports as needs arise.
• Create finance and business presentations and supporting materials.
