Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to join our Finance team in New York City. The role partners with leaders across the business to drive planning, forecasting, and insightful financial analysis that informs strategic decisions.

You'll build scalable processes, own financial models, and contribute to board materials while collaborating with multiple teams to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or equivalent analytical finance role.
• Strong financial acumen and exceptional analytical skills.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand performance and support strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budget, and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to explain variances.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses translating data into insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve planning processes.
• Contribute to board materials and leadership presentations.
• Support cash forecasting through customer collections timing.
